It was a lovely old and pleasant hotel in a local area, close to the cable car that goes up Monte Mottarone, the lakeside and attractions in the surrounding. The bed was comfy and the room was new-fashioned and fine. The staff were both INCREDIBLY NICE and accommodating.

Great location. Friendly staff. Good restaurant. Local prices. Free parking. Great view. Uncomplicated stay, lots of rest.
Not enough room in the shower. No tomatoes for breakfast.

The room was reasonably large with central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel television.
The hotel was not only clean but newly decorated in every way. The rooms with balcony. The location was particularly good and fab and the staff were amicable! Again, walking distance to Cactus Petes Casino. A great restaurant on site.

This place boasts a fantastic location just a short walk away from Switzerland in the winter months, close to the cable car leading up Monte Mottarone, and right by the lake.

Sea view from the room was great. There was hot water all the time. The heat was on all the time. The breakfast was varied. Reception was manned throughout the day. The staff is friendly. Parking spaces are available directly in front of the hotel.
Shower heads are clearly set too low in the wall. The room could have been a little bigger. Only Italian channels are shown on the TV in the room.

The beds here were super comfy, and the room had a nice modern touch, complete with a balcony 🌅. Plus, there was a balcony and the option for climate control if it got too hot or cold.
